SOLID STEEL LOCKING BONDAGE/SLAVE COLLAR 

This is a High Quality Heavy Duty Locking Steel Slave Collar. The Collar itself weighs 1 and 1/4 lbs. It locks in place with a steel allen screw and allen wrench included with the Collar. It has a nice solid O ring attached for easy locking to various Bondage furniture or for attaching a leash. This collar is a 5.5 inch Diameter fitting up to a 17.5 inch neck. This Collar is 3/4 of and inch wide and 1/4 of an inch thick.
